Focal Pointe is an established and respected Architectural Design and Build firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We provide service for all aspects of residential and light commercial construction including New Custom Homes, Additions, Remodeling, Renovation and partial or complete home Make-over's throughout southwest Michigan. Our current owner, Dave Zoller, started the company as an AutoCAD-based software and hardware business in 1993. The business changed it’s focus from Architectural software sales to a design-based construction firm in 2001. Being at the forefront of the Computer-Aided design technology has given Focal Pointe a professional edge above the other residential design and build firms. We can more easily provide realistic images that will help you visualize your project before we break ground or hammer the first nail. This in turn eliminates many of the construction issues that can arise and sharply lower your cost to build.
